1. What sign options are available?
We offer a wide array of signs, from long- and short-term vinyl banners to permanent rigid signs. All our signs are custom made; although we offer standardized signs, we can theoretically produce anything you want.
Vinyl Banners – Standard 13oz vinyl banner material in any of the following colors: white, yellow, royal blue, navy blue, cream, black, red, forest green, and gray. Special colors available at extra cost: marine blue, fuschia, maroon, orange, purple, turquoise, fluorescents.
Real Estate Frames – Standard size frames measuring 18″ x 24″ (with 6″ x 24″ lower panel) or 24″ x 30″ (with 6″ x 30″ lower panel). We can also provide custom-sized panels for other sized frames, including frames you provide. Insert materials include: coroplast, duron wood, composite aluminum (polymetal), and alumacorr.
Short-term and permanent rigid signs – We can fabricate signs out of rigid material for short- or long-term use. Material options include coroplast, composite aluminum (polymetal), alumacorr, PVC, omega, and aluminum (.040, .063, and .080 thicknesses). Various color options are available, depending on the substrait. Rigid signs can be mounted against walls, or in the ground with a number of different mounting options (wood posts, wire stakes, channel posts, etc.)
Digital Prints – We offer a range of wide-format printed material options, including scrim and polybanner banners, adhesive vinyl, and adhesive and non-adhesive paper.
Vehicle lettering – We can add graphics and lettering to anything, from motorcycles and boats, to full tractor-trailers.
Magnets and decals – We can make custom sized magnets and decals in any size and quantity.
2. Do you offer anything other than signs?
Yes. We can provide a range of other services including, but not limited to: business cards and letterhead, graphic design (logos, brochures, postcards, etc.), and many other print- and web-based design products.
3. Are you really ‘Next Day’?
We do our best to provide the quickest turnaround possible, and in some cases this does indeed mean ‘next day’.
However, depending on our workload and other considerations (material supply, approvals processes, etc.), it is possible for jobs to take several days. We will always provide a realistic estimate for production of your job, and if you have something that needs to be expedited we will take that into account.
4. What are all these materials? Coroplast? Polymetal?
Here is a brief explanantion of each of the substraits we offer.
COROPLAST – Coroplast is a low-cost, rigid plastic material similar in construction to corrugated cardboard – hence the term ‘coroplast’. Like corrugated cardboard, there are ‘chutes’ running up and down the material which makes it light while maintaining rigidity. Metal wire stakes can be inserted into these chutes to allow coroplast signs to be placed in the ground. Coroplast can also be used as an insert for signage panels, or affixed to another substrait or wall.Available in 1/4″ and 1/2″ thicknesses.
ALUMACORR – Alumacorr is similar to coroplast, but the corrugated plastic is sandwiched between two thin glossy aluminum sheets, increasing the strength of the material. Alumacorr is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available in 1/4″ and 1/2″ thicknesses.
POLYMETAL - Polymetal is a thin substrait composed of a thin sheet of solid plastic bonded to two outer layers of aluminum. Polymetal is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses.
PVC – A rigid plastic suitable for indoor and some outdoor applications. This is essentially the same material that PVC pipes are made out of, if you need a frame of reference. Comes in 1mm, 3mm, and 6mm thicknesses.
OMEGA – Duron is a heavyweight composite material made of several layers of bonded wood sandwiched between two layers of vinyl laminate. Omega is a solid, heavyweight material primarily suitable for outdoor use. Available in 1/2″ thickness.
ALUMINUM – We can produce signs on sheet aluminum in varying thicknesses: .040″, .063″, .080″. Standard aluminum sign sizes available.
SCRIM – Scrim is a vinyl banner material suitable for digital printing. Scrim is a good choice if you’re looking for a banner with photographic images or complex graphics, including gradients or many colors.
POLYBANNER – Polybanner is a lightweight, plastic material suitable for short-term use banners. It has a matte finish on one side for printing.
ADHESIVE PAPER / VINYL – These material are paper or vinyl with adhesive backing, used for wide format digital prints.
